ProSeal Fuel Tank Rib - N622RV Today in the hangar, I started back to work on the fuel tank sealing of the fuel tank. Each rib used 40 grams of ProSeal and took about an hour to get in place and riveted up. I recommend an awl to help align the holes. Make sure you have plenty of popsicle sticks and cut straws to assist in cleaning the squeeze out of the ProSeal in the dimpled rivet holes. The goal here is to get complete coverage, and I mean complete. If you walk away from this worried that it will leak, it probably will. So take your time and make sure you get a good seal.
