The Fargo Air Museum -Our planes fly! Various aircraft on display include a flying Japanese Zero, TBM Avenger, Corsair, P 51 Mustangs, and a collection of L Birds at the present time. The EAA 317 chapter meets on Saturday afternoons to work on a Merlin GT and a BT 13 project. The Fred Quam Research Library includes over 2,000 aviation and military books if one wants to spend time on the observation deck reading a good book within our museum. The museum is open year round and visitors may fly-in to the back ramp, take a tour of the museum and go to lunch across the parking lot at either Applebee's or Buffalo Wild Wings. Overnight lodging is available across the street at either Homewood Suites, Candlewood Inn or Days Inn. -

2400 acre park located on the USA/ Canadian line with a large formal flower garden, hiking and bike trails, small restaurant etc.. Open from May thru September. Year round 3005 foot runway, no services at airport. Short walk 0.2 miles to restrooms and restaurant. Check it out on Facebook or at peace garden.com. The Rolla ND airport 06D, located 20 miles to the SE, has 24 hr. Self serve 100 LL Jet A, restrooms and courtesy car. -
